Terms of Use for Adaptive Coach

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Adaptive Coach app (“the App”), provided by Safalfa Advisors FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

Adaptive Coach is a strength training app. It builds a training plan around the places you train and the equipment at each, suggests what to train next, and adjusts around injuries you report. It runs entirely on your device.

2. Health & safety disclaimer

Strength training carries risk of physical injury. The App is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation treatment. Consult a qualified physician before beginning this or any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition. The weights, repetitions, and progressions the App suggests are estimates based on what you have logged, not a prescription, and you are responsible for judging what is safe for you on the day. The injury features adjust your plan around what you report; they are not a diagnosis and are not a substitute for professional care. Train within your ability, use a spotter or safety equipment where appropriate, and stop if you feel pain. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Current status: the App does not offer any in-app purchase or subscription at this time.
If that changes: pricing will be shown in the App Store listing before you install or purchase, and these Terms will be updated with a revised effective date.
Processing: any future purchase would be processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID, and could be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Refunds

Any purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its content, including the exercise library, instructions, text, and artwork, are owned by Safalfa Advisors FZ-LLC or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safalfa Advisors FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at https://safalfa.com/smartcoach/terms with a revised effective date.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
